5 Things to do with your Similarity Score.

How are you today? Are you feeling some kind of way, but not too sure if it's just a stress-related or an actual mental health condition? You’re not alone. Did you know that one in two people will struggle with a mental health condition at some point in their life. Chances are it could be you or someone you know.

Your Mobile Can Help

We’ve developed an easy way for anyone to better understand their mental health and feel validated. And it all starts with your mobile. Our app calculates a score based on how you interact with your mobile - we call it a similarity score.

What is a Similarity Score?

Similarity Score is the GPS tracker for your mental health, it tells you how similar you are today to someone else with Anxiety, Depression and/ or ADHD.

  1. A start to your mental health journey. Do you feel like you have a mental health condition, but are not sure? Use your Similarity Score to track whether your anxiety, depression or inattentiveness or hyperactivity is high enough for long enough ( >80% for over two weeks) to seek professional help.

  2. Monitoring your diagnosed mental health condition. Similarity Score gives you daily feedback as to your mental health condition. It allows you to monitor how medication, therapy and lifestyle changes are affecting your condition.

  3. Mood monitor. Journal and track life stressors, changes, phone habits and see how they affect you. For example, if your similarity score is 25% for ADHD. Then it means 25% your digital behaviour is similar to the digital behavior of people with ADHD. Should it suddenly shoot up to 90% for a single day - look at lifestyle...coffee or lack of exercise could be the culprit!

  4. Family benefits! Do you think your child may have ADHD? Or your partner may be highly anxious or depressed. Help them to monitor themselves and get the help they need.

  5. Stress reflector. Similarity Score is your daily emotional wellbeing tracker. You are not different or alone in how you feel or respond to stress. Use your Anxiety similarity score to monitor your daily stress levels
