Do you ever get to the end of the day and wonder where all the time went? We often feel rushed, anxious and stressed by all we have to do and never get to. Sure, making lists helps...science, however, says that 92% of people do not achieve their daily goals.

  1. Check daily time spent on social media and compare daily charts. This will highlight how much time you spend on each different social media platform and which specific one is a time thief.

  2. Messaging: How much time do you spend messaging for work versus for friends? Is there an imbalance? Do you have multiple messaging apps that could be consolidated for easier management?

  3. Are those sneaky Netflix or other series eating into your work time or exercise time? Is it worse some days and better on others? Journal on these days and see what triggers may lead to these binge watching marathons.

  4. How much time do you spend on relaxation apps? Journal which days you seem stressed and add some mediation time, then assess your time management for that day. Could this be a new habit to increase time productivity?

  5. Keep an eye on your list and calendar app and see how often you are completing tasks.
